The Gamma Chi Clubhouse takes on the complex task of preserving and maintaining a building constructed in 1915-1916, which comes with inherent challenges. The age and historical significance of the structure requires specialized expertise, costly restoration efforts, and ongoing maintenance to ensure its integrity. Repairs, upgrades, insurance, and taxes add further complexity and financial considerations. Nonetheless, the Gamma Chi Clubhouse embraces the responsibility of upholding the building's rich history, creating a space that honors tradition, and fostering a welcoming environment for generations of fraternity members to come.

Volunteer Opportunity:
Vice President: Assist in overseeing clubhouse operations, including increasing chapter enrollment, managing ongoing updates, and driving long-term vision. Time commitment: 3-4 hours per month.
