2010 Project Focus- Projects that are funded from donations or rent revenue are prioritized based
on the following 3 criteria:
1. Will the project eliminate or minimize risk to the active chapter and property.
2. Will the project improve energy efficiency and reduce operating expenses at the facility.
3. Will the project improve the marketability of the chapter house and help in recruiting.
Projects that were completed earlier this year included replacing the single pane, aluminum windows in the NE Brick Room with white double pane vinyl windows to match what was installed in Deasy’s Den. A project to reduce risk on the
basketball court and replace the rusted backboard was completed before summer started. The next prioritized project is replacing the sleeping porch windows. Please help us complete this and future projects by sending in a donation fit to your ability to give.
